Who's Behind MyGrowGreens
Leo David - Founder and farmer
MyGrowGreens was founded by Leo David, a software professional turned sustainable farming entrepreneur. With a deep curiosity about India’s evolving food landscape, Leo conducted an independent survey exploring shifts in dietary habits and the rise of lifestyle diseases. His findings were striking: a majority of people were affected by conditions linked to nutrient imbalance in daily meals—often caused by overprocessed foods and lack of fresh, diverse produce.
Driven by this insight, Leo combined his tech background with a passion for wellness and local food culture. MyGrowGreens was born as a response—a purpose-driven initiative to grow nutrient-rich microgreens, edible flowers, and leafy greens, while educating communities through creative, Kerala-rooted content. Leo believes that farming isn’t just about food—it’s about healing, storytelling, and reclaiming health from the soil up.
